Storage is vital, since, if you have to rebuild a set, costs mount. We help you save by storing the sets until they are needed for shooting or making the change to a new look. We can assist with planning and licensing the "oversize" load, drive routing releases and the essentially most aspects of the loadout and store of a struck set.
We also offer other services, which we believe compliment the production manager's daily needs. As our client, you may be able to use our inventory to help track your sets.
We can transport and offload with our grips, or you could rent the right trailers, and offload or strike your own sets. You could be interested housing your wardrobe or set decoration items, with concern about access. Lock-up storage is the answer. You control who has access to your items. We are available basically all the time, for you to access your stored goods.
Maybe you need to park large production vehicles or other rigs. Try parking at Western. Maybe you need to house your production office. Some of our facilities have production office space for rent. In our facilities near Hollywood, we have more than one and one-half million square feet for storage and rental.
In order to provide you with online access to inventory, we have used Windows Sharepoint Services to allow access to database information about your sets and other items. We have interfaced this as part of our regular website, thus allowing you to access current information about where your items are. This area is under development and we anticipate being able to roll out before the end of 2008.
We really service all of Hollywood, and some of Hollywood's largest companies can use extra storage space or need to move sets around. We can also be of great use to your smaller company as you grow into another Hollywood success story. After all, our production office space rents at such reasonable rates, that you can concentrate your funds on the production and not the production offices. Some of our facilities also make ideal sites for locations, when you need that industrial look.
